Consultation
If you would like to have us evaluate your student individually and give you additional guidance on unlocking hard to find funding sources, please call our office (718) 480-6677. We will then be able to set up an appointment to evaluate your student, and consult with you further upon you scheduling a consultation session. We offer several packages, each designed to meet the needs of your student at different phases of the scholarship process. You can read more about each of our packages below.

Whichever package you choose, be assured that our scholarship scouts will work incredibly hard for you. We take the time to get to know you. We want to share in your students scholarship journey keeping in focus your family's priorities, hopes and dreams for working towards debt free education. We are accessible and pride ourselves in being easy to reach by phone, email and text. We have an extremely flexible meeting schedule.

Within each package, we tailor our services to meet your family's personal needs. Every student is different and as a result, has different needs. To meet our student's needs, our services are carefully crafted and after assessing each student individually, we develop an individual roadmap of meeting the needs of that student.
Scholarship Scouts Resource Guide
This Scholarship Scouts Resource Guide is packed with information and tips on how you can get ahead of the scholarship process. Our money saving tips are spelled out page by page to give students and their families a leg up on seeking ways to reduce the amount of money you'll need on your own to pay for furthering your education.
Scholarship Application Assistance
An effective scholarship application provides the scholarship committee with an overall view of the student. We help our students craft an application that strategically expresses the elements of their unique academic and life story. We will guide your student through the entire scholarship application from start to submission. That includes strategizing with the student on how to best present their application packet, checking that all of the requirements are met. Reviewing the application-specific essay they prepare, reviewing the application packet to check that the student addressed any additional information specified in the application and the description of extracurricular activities.
This service ís for the student who is able to present a scholarship application to us with due dates at least 2 months out, and needs assistance creating a strong and compelling application. It is also appropriate for students who need assistance with organization and time management or who feel overwhelmed and stressed by the prospect of the application process.
Pay As You Go

Ala Carte Service
Pay as you go is per session, for coaching on the topic of your choice. If you choose paying as you go, we are available to coach your student throughout high school. We know what the scholarship programs are looking for and we can help you position your student to meet those eligibility requirements so they're ready to apply when the appropriate time comes.
Complete Scholarship Essay Package
The scholarship essay is an opportunity for the student to explain who they are beyond their transcripts and test scores. A great scholarship essay uses storytelling to express to scholarship committees why the student is an ideal candidate for their scholarship. Quality writing is necessary, but meaningful content is equally important. We assist our students in helping them with content ideas, while coaching them through strategically highlighting their unique qualities to best support their scholarship applications. This package is for the student who needs essay assistance and coaching on what scholarship committees are looking for, and what to avoid. We brainstorm topics, edit and revise essays resulting in a polished document that tells a unique story about your student.
This package includes templates that we provide designed to get each student started. The templates are helpful for students who need a degree of motivation in being able to successfully and confidently craft essays in their own voices. Subsequently, we edit four flexible scholarship essays, one in each word count of 250, 500, 750 & 1000 word increments. These essays can be used for multiple scholarship applications going forward with minor alterations.

Super Scholar
The Super Scholar package is the most popular package amongst the families of Juniors and Seniors. The Super Scholar package has many of the quality benefits as the Elite Scholar package. Clients like that the Super Scholar package includes a targeted scholarship list for students where we provide a minimum of $75k in scholarship resources.
Elite Scholar
The Elite Scholar package is all-inclusive and is where the biggest benefit is. It's designed to alleviate a lot of the work from the student. This package includes assisting with essays, the resume, interviewing techniques, and so much more. What our clients like most about the Elite Scholar Package is the individualized targeted scholarship list for students where we provide students with a minimum of $100k in scholarship resources.
